While 805 has a newer livery and missing fewer parts, it appears as though all of these unique cowled rebuilds in the photo are out of service at the time of the photo.
Tri-Rail's facility in Hialeah had a variety of equipment outside the shop, including F40PHL-2 805, two GP49H-3s and a bi-level DMU.
